If something we sold you does not work, tell us within 14 days of buying and we will refund it. No long form. No guilt.

What is covered

The $15 plan and solution ticket. The $15 Pup Pass packet. A refund is for a product that failed to open, printed wrong, or was charged twice.

What is not

Fees paid to Portal or any other company. Those follow their own refund terms, shown on their page before you pay.
